The time-honoured 2017 Kilmore Cup is a popular Victorian country cup clash held at Kilmore Racecourse, located approximately 60 kilometres north of Melbourne.

Held on the last Sunday of February each year the Kilmore Cup is the only black type race held at the course.

A Listed event, the Kilmore Cup is run over a mile (1600-metres) and has $130,000 in stakes on offer. Run under handicap conditions, the Kilmore Cup is always an exciting race.
